There are many ways that you can make a difference. Here are just a few:
Volunteer with your local watershed council

Take a class
From becoming certified as a Master Watershed Steward to learning about waterwise gardening practices, your local Oregon State University extension office is a great place to start.
Connect with your local soil and water conservation district
Soil and Water Conservation Districts historically focused primarily on helping farmers and ranchers. Today, there are 46 Districts serving a diversity of Oregonians. They work to keep our water clean and our land healthy.
